Destination Truth
If anyone has ever watched this show on the Sy-Fy channel, you've probably noticed what I have. The destination is NEVER REACHED!!! Every single episode is left with no definitive answers or truths uncovered. Plus they NEVER revisit the cases to finally get confirmations or closure for the viewers.
